On December 6, 2021, the company signed a heat exchanger contract with Fujian Zhongsheng Hongye Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., with a contract amount of 6.65 million yuan.

The construction scale of this project is to produce 40000 tons of methyl ethyl carbonate, 10000 tons of diethyl carbonate, 40000 tons of ethylene carbonate, 10000 tons of propylene carbonate, and 40000 tons of dimethyl carbonate annually. The by-products are methanol, ethylene glycol, and diethylene glycol.
